蟹子薄餅 – Crab Roe Pizza


材料
200克煙三文魚
1個牛油果
100克蟹子
1/2杯茄醬
1/2 杯芝士碎

薄餅材料
200克低筋麵粉
100克高筋麵粉
1隻雞蛋
1安士牛油
2 1/2茶匙乾酵母
5-6安士水
1/2茶匙鹽

做法
1.將麵粉放入盤內, 加水攪拌, 加入蛋, 乾酵母及煮溶的牛油搋勻, 將所有搋約10分鐘, 用保鮮紙包好, 放40分鐘待用
2.麵團發酵後, 將麵團搋走空氣
3.放麵團在鋱板上成餅皮, 用粗針刺孔
4.塗上茄醬及芝士碎, 放入預熱焗爐約10至15分鐘. 餔上三文魚, 蟹子及牛油果.

Ingredient

1/2 cups of tomato sauce
1/2 cups of cheese

Seasoning
Pizza Base Ingredients:
200 g strong flour
100 g four
1 pc of egg
1 oz of butter
1 1/2 tsp of dried yeast
5-6 oz of water
1/2 tsp of salt

Cooking Method
1.Mix strong flour, flour and salt in a mixing bowl, and then mix with water. Gradually mix in egg, dried yeast and melted butter evenly. Strongly press dough around 10 minutes, wrap well with cling paper and leave dough at cool place for 40 minutes.
2.After dough has been yeasted, take out and press dough for several minutes to push trapped air out.
3.Place dough on metal plate and press to pizza shape. Pierce dough with thick needle.
4.Brush tomato paste and grated cheese evenly on base. Place on preheat oven for 10-15 minutes, take base out and place smoked salmon, avocado and crab roe to serve.

Mga Sangkap

2 1/2 kutsaritang tuyong yeast
5-6 oz na tubig 1/2 kutsaritang asin

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ilagay ang mga arina at asin sa mangkok at ihalo ang tubig. At isumod ang itlog, tuyong yeast at pinatunaw na margarina. Haluin mabuti. Ilagay ang arina sa cling paper at ilagay sa malamig na area ng 40 minuto.
2.Kunin muli ang minasang arina, muling masahin upang lumabas ang hangin sa loob.
3.Palaparin ang arina sa plato ng maghugis ng pizza. Tusukin ang arina ng matulis na bagay.
4.Pahiran ng saus ng kamatis at keso. Ihurno sa napainit na hurno ng 10-15 minuto. Ilabas at lagyan ng salmon, crab roe at abokado sa ibabaw at ihain.

Bahan
200gr salmon asap
1 buah avokat
100gr telur kepiting
1/2 gls pasta tomat
1/2 gls keju parut

Bumbu-Bumbu
Bahan Pokok Pizza
200 gr strong flour
100gr terigu
1 butir telur
1 oz mentega
2 1/2 sdt yeast kering
5-6 oz air
1/2 sdt garam

Cara Memasak
1.Tuang strong flour, terigu dan garam dalam mangkok mixer, dan campur dengan air. Secara bertahap masukkan telur, yeast ddan mentga yang telah dilelehkan, kemudian tekan adonan selama 10 menit degan keras. Bungku s adonan dengan cling paper dan diamkan adonan pada tempat yang dingin sekitar 40 menit untuk diolah lagi.
2.Setelah adonan mengembang, keluarkan dan aduk adonan beberapa menit untuk menekan gelembung udara.
3.Letakkan adonan secara rata pada loyang bsi dan tekan untuk membentuk dasar pizza, tusuk pizza dengan menggunakan jarum.
4.Oleskan pasta tomat dan keju parut diatas dasar pizza dan masukkan kedalam oven yang telah panas dan panggang selama 10-15 menit. Keluarkan dan letakkan salmon asap, avokat dan telur kepiting diatasnya. Siap untuk disajikan.
