莓子朱古力夾餅 – Berries in Chocolate Cookies


材料
60克無鹽牛油
40克糖霜
15克雞蛋
1/8茶匙呍呢拿香油
60克麵粉
8克可可粉
1/8茶匙泡打粉
1/8茶匙鹽

餡料:
適量 即用栗子
適量 紅莓

做法
1.焗爐預熱至180度約10分鐘 ; 麵粉、可可粉、泡打粉、鹽篩好備用
2.牛油加糖霜打成忌廉狀及淡黃色,慢慢加入蛋汁及呍呢拿香油拌勻
3.加入(1)的麵粉料拌成麵糰,放入雪櫃冷藏約30分鐘
4.麵糰用輾麵棍輾開至3毫米,用心形餅模印出6厘米心型,入爐焗約12-15分鐘至金黃,取出待涼
5.朱古力餅中心唧些栗子茸,圍上鮮紅莓,再放上另一片巧克力餅即成

Cooking Method
1.Preheat the oven to 180oc for about ten minutes. Sieve the flour, coco powder, baking powder and salt.
2.Best the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract gradually.
3.Stir in the flour. Put into fridge for a while.
4.Roll the dough to the thickness of 3 min, cut out to 6 cm heart shape with cookies cutter. Bake for about 12-15 minutes till golden brown. Leave cool.
5.ipe some chestnut puree on the cookies. Circle with raspberries, Top with another cookie and serve.

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Painitin ang oven sa 180oc sa loob ng samp minutos, salain ang arina, coco powder, baking powder at asin.
2.Batiin ang mantikilya at asukat hang-gang pale at fluty. Ihalo at irlog at vanilla extract sa banding huli.
3.Haluin ang arina, ilagay sa fridge ng ilan sandali.
4.Irolyo ang mainasa ng makapal sa 3 mm, hiwain ng 6 cm sa korteng puso kasama ang cookies cutter. Ihumo sa loob ng 12-15 minutos hang-gang pumula. Hayaan lumamig.
5.Itusok ang ibang chestnut sa ibabaw ng cookies. Palibutan ng may raberries, lpaibabaw ang cookies at ihain

Bahan
60 gr menntega tanpa garam
40 gr icing sugar
15 gr telur
1/8 sdt extra vanilla
60 gr terigu
8 gr coco poeder
1/8 sdt baking powder
1/8 sdt garam

Bumbu-Bumbu
Chestnut puree, siap pakai
Rasberry

Cara Memasak
1.Panaskan oven pada suhu 180oc selama 10 menit. Ayak terigu, baking powder dan garam.
2.Kocok gula dan mentega hingga pucat dan mengembang. Ayak dengan telur dan extra vanilla secare bertahap.
3.masukkan tepung. Masukkan kedalam kulkas sebentar.
4.Pipihkan adonan dengan ketebalan 3 mm, potong keluar pada ukuran 6 cm untuk dibentuk menjadi bentuk hati den-gan menggunakan pemotong kue kering. Panggang selama 12-15 menit hingga kuning. Dinginkan.
5.Tekankan chestnut puree diatas kue ker-ing. Kelilingi dengan rashberry. Dan letakkan kue kering yang lain pada per-mukaannya.
